Full Terms and Conditions of Prize Draw (the “Terms”)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
By entering in accordance with these Terms entrants will be entered into a prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) for the chance to win a week’s free travel with Salisbury Reds(the “Prize”). There will be one (1) winner who will win one (1) week’s free travel on Salisbury Reds. There will be no cash alternative, the Prize is not transferable and there will be no substitution of the Prize unless Salisbury Reds decides to do so. The Prize must be claimed within the timeframe outlined in the “Winner Selection, Prizes and Fulfilment” section below.
1. Entrants and Eligibility
This Prize Draw is open to all customers of Salisbury Reds who are resident in the United Kingdom, who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older, who complete the survey in full and who provide a valid email address which can (and will) be verified by Salisbury Reds (an “Eligible Person”). No other persons are eligible to participate and entries from persons who are not Eligible Persons will be disregarded. Prizes will not be awarded to any entrant unless and until the entrant has been verified as an Eligible Person. Employees and directors of Go Ahead plc and its subsidiaries (including Salisbury Reds), their spouses and direct family members, agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.
By entering this Prize Draw, Eligible Persons agree to be bound by these Terms. Decisions made by Salisbury Reds in respect of these Terms and the Prize Draw are final and binding and Salisbury Reds will not enter into correspondence or discussion concerning any decision. Entry is restricted to one entry per Eligible Person. Any attempt by an Eligible Person to enter the Prize Draw more than once by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registration, or any other methods will void all that Eligible Person’s entries.
2. Winner Selection, Prizes and Fulfilment
The name of the winning Eligible Person will be selected at random after the end of the Prize Draw Period and notified by an email within 10 (ten) days of the end of the Prize Draw Period (the “Prize Winner”). Notification will be sent to the email address associated with the Prize Winner. If a Prize Winner does not contact Salisbury Reds within 20 (twenty) days of being notified by email that Prize Winner shall no longer be entitled to the Prize and a subsequent Prize Winner will be generated at random in accordance with these Terms. If necessary, this process will continue until a maximum of 1 (one) Prize Winner has been notified in relation to the Prize and if a Prize then still remains unclaimed it shall be deemed un-awarded and the Prize Draw is ended.
3. General
Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes the Prize Winner’s consent to Salisbury Reds use of the Prize Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and information for as required by these Terms and for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
All information submitted to Salisbury Reds as part of this Prize Draw will be treated in accordance with Salisbury Reds Privacy Policy, a copy of which is published at Salisbury Reds. Personal information will be used to: (a) as described in these Terms and (b) subject to the paragraph above, if an entrant selects to receive marketing information from Salisbury Reds on the survey, to send marketing information to that entrant. Entrants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal data. Entrants may request such action by sending a message to Salisbury Reds.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of the Prize Winner's or entrants statutory rights as a consumer. Details are accurate at time of print.
This Prize Draw is governed by the Laws of England and Wales and the Promoter and Participants agree that the Courts of England and Wales shall settle any disputes arising out of it.
The Promoter is Salisbury Reds whose registered office is Salisbury Reds of Towngate House, 2-8 Parkstone Road, Poole BH15 2PR
